Purchasing NXC.Lua

The NXC.Lua script is sold exclusively on the Fatality workshop. You must purchase it through the official Fatality platform.

  • We do not sell the Lua script directly. Any third-party offering the script is unauthorized.
  • After purchase, support is provided through our Discord server only.

License & Usage

By using NXC.Lua, you agree to the following terms. The NXC.Lua script is provided as-is for use with Fatality CS2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the script for its intended purpose.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the script files with others.
  • You may not attempt to deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, or modify the script code.
  • You may use the script on your own account only. Account sharing is prohibited.
  • The script is for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted.

Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to terminate access for users found violating these terms.
  • Do not use NXC.Lua on accounts you do not own without explicit permission.

Support & Bug Reports

  • Support, bug reports, and feature suggestions are handled only through Discord tickets.
  • When reporting bugs, provide clear reproduction steps and relevant details.
  • We aim to respond to tickets within 24-48 hours during active periods.
  • Not all feature requests will be implemented. Priority is given to stability and performance.

Disclaimer

NXC.Lua is a third-party modification for Fatality CS2. Use of this script is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any game bans, account suspensions, or other penalties that may result from using this software. Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) and other anti-cheat systems may detect unauthorized modifications. By using NXC.Lua, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

  • Anti-Aim features are experimental and under active development. Bugs and inconsistent behavior are expected.
  • We do not guarantee the script will work after game updates. Patches are provided on a best-effort basis.
  • The script is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Refund Policy — Lua Script

A refund is only possible if the script is inoperable. This means the script fails to load, causes consistent crashes, or core features are completely non-functional due to issues on our end.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Discord tickets only.
  • Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
  • If we cannot resolve the inoperability within 48 hours, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Negative feedback without explanation does not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be granted for user error, misconfiguration, or incompatibility with unsupported systems.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent blacklist from all NXC services.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to NXC.Lua at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms. Severe violations including redistribution, reverse-engineering, or chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from all NXC.Lua services and communities.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of NXC.Lua after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in our Discord server.
